High-quality coaching requires attention, context, and ongoing decision-making. Every client relationship involves reviewing training data, adjusting programs, communicating clearly, and planning beyond the next workout or week.

That level of oversight doesn’t scale without compromise.

Limiting the number of 1:1 clients ensures each athlete receives the focus, clarity, and progression this level of coaching demands. It also allows decisions to be made thoughtfully — not reactively — and keeps the coaching relationship effective over the long term.

If there isn’t capacity to coach properly, spots aren’t opened.

That’s non-negotiable.
